The stay here was really nice with 3 nights in each town. All the employees were superfriendly and amicable. Our breakfasts were plentiful with take away option for early flights.

Wonderful and immaculately clean place offers bountiful breakfast and wonderful location right in the centre of town. The rooms are impeccably clean and have lovely views of the park outside. There is a plenty of supplies like : free tea, tea, coffee, and a kettle. Nice that the hotel is in the heart of the city. It's also really close to the old town center and the bus stops, taxis, Marina and bars & restaurants.

The hotel's location was magnificent right in the centre of Ponta Delgada. The breakfast with homemade waffles and away option for early flights, for instance was extensive and bountiful for what you got.

Stayed in guest room on the first view which was perfect for me. A great shower and even a bidet were a plus. The location for Ponta Delgada was magnificent and lovely, short walk to historic churches, the Azores, and central plaza. After long day I visited Cafeteria-Gelateria Central for a couple of drinks.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location is perfect-close to everything, making it the perfect location for sightseeing on the island but also for spending the evenings on foot in the town center close to shops and restaurants. The hotel is walkable to a lot of places and is fantastic as it is within strolling distance from all the local landmarks, a decent supermarket, shops, tons of restaurants, and the beautiful harbor. The service provided by the staff was exceptional. The room was spacious and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, including a mini-bar, in-room safe, and a comfortable sitting area. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the daily communication with the housekeeping staff ensured that everything was taken care of. The hotel also offers a fantastic dining experience with a varied breakfast selection and a dining menu that serves some of the best food we had on the island. We were truly impressed by the quality of service and the overall experience at this venue.

I ate at a nice restaurant for dinner. The hotel had a central location and it was just close to Church of Sao Jose.

We had a nice, spacious room with an equally spacious bathroom. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast buffet very extensive - there is something for everyone.

There are no parasols on the sun terrace with pool. That would have been convenient as it was very warm and sunny.
